Description
20 Dover Street is a mid-19th century building of two storeys constructed of red brick, with a hipped tiled roof. It features one original sash window with retained glazing bars. An early 19th century doorcase is present, incorporating pilasters. The building is Grade II listed for group value, forming part of a group with numbers 20 to 36 on the southwest side of Dover Street.
