Description

This is an 18th-century building, originally timber-framed and subsequently refaced. Numbers 29 and 30 form part of a group with numbers 20 to 36 on Dover Street. The building is two storeys high and stuccoed, with number 29 additionally tile-hung. The side elevation is brick with some exposed timbers. The roof is half-hipped and tiled. There is one sash window with intact glazing bars on each floor. The building has an overhang. The doorcases are simple.
