Description

This is an early 19th century terrace of eight buildings, numbered 11 to 18, located on Cross Street. The buildings are constructed of red brick with a slate roof featuring eight dormers, and a stone coping. Each building has one sash window to each floor, set within a cambered brick arch and a wooden architrave, with most of the original glazing bars remaining. Simple, round-headed doorcases are present, each with a flush door. Nos 11 to 30 Cross Street, together with number 17 New Street, are considered a group.
