Description

3 Parsons Court is a building dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of grey gault brick and has three storeys with four windows featuring sashes and glazing bars. The entrance includes a panelled door flanked by Tuscan pilasters and topped with a flat hood. The building has two roof lines and hipped slate roofs.
