Description

Prospect House is a late 18th century or early 19th century stuccoed brick house located at No. 85 Leigh Hill in Leigh-on-Sea. The building has two storeys and attics, featuring a three-window range. The central part of the house, which has one window range, projects forward at the front and includes a porch on the ground floor. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars set in plain reveals. The roof is slate, and a 20th century attic storey has been added. Prospect House, along with Nos 98 to 108 (even), forms a group with the Church of St Clement.
