Description

The building at 22 Main Street is likely of 17th century origin, with alterations made in the 18th and 19th centuries. Originally a pair of stone rubble cottages, it has been converted into a single dwelling. The roof is tiled with pantiles and has gabled ends at two levels. A buttress is present at the front of the building. It is two storeys high with a three-window front. The windows are modern casements. A doorway has been blocked up. Two yellow brick ridge stacks are visible.
