Description
The Cottage, also known as Estate No 10, is an 18th-century cottage constructed from coursed stone rubble. It features a steeply pitched Collyweston stone roof with gabled ends and is one storey high with an attic. The building has three gabled dormers and a four-window range, which includes 19th-century and modern casements that are topped with wooden lintels. The central entrance has a boarded door and is sheltered by a modern wooden porch. There are stone stacks at both ends and an additional stack that is off centre. At the rear, there is a modern lean-to addition.
