Description

Cromwell Mews comprises a 17th and 18th century pair of cottages situated at right angles to the road. The cottages are constructed of coursed stone rubble, with some areas whitewashed. They have a thatched roof with coped gable ends. The building is one storey high with an attic space, featuring a three-window front. Modern casement windows are present, along with three eyebrow dormers. Modern doors, one with a wooden porch, provide access. Brick chimney stacks are located at each end. A modern brick extension has been added to the west end.
