Description
Lolham Mill House is a late 18th-century mill house constructed from coursed stone, featuring flush quoins and window surrounds. It has a low-pitched hipped roof with a parapet, while the north end wall is made of brick. The building stands three storeys tall and consists of three bays, with sash windows that include glazing bars and continuous sill bands. The central doorway is adorned with elliptical section pilasters and a broken pediment, topped by a semi-circular fanlight with intersecting glazing bars, leading to a panelled door and steps that have an iron balustrade. Ashlar stacks are located at the ends of the house. At the rear, there is a wing dating from around the 17th century, built of stone and topped with a Collyweston stone roof featuring coped gable ends.
