Description

50 and 52 Grange Road is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been converted into a pair of cottages. The building features a color-washed rough cast exterior with brick infill over a timber frame and is topped with a thatched roof. The south gable end has been largely replaced with brick. It has a gault brick ridge stack and a three-room layout, with a central back-to-back fireplace that heats the two southern rooms. The structure has one storey and attics, with one eyebrow dormer and modern windows.
