Description

This garden building, located approximately 35 metres north of Newbury Manor, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick set on a coursed ironstone plinth and features a pyramidal tile roof. The building has a small, square plan with a door on the southwest elevation and 2-light casement windows on the other sides. A brick dentil eaves cornice adds detail to the roofline. Inside, the building retains a panelled wood dado and a tiled floor. It overlooks the moat and pairs with the garden house to the east.
