Description

No. 6 Old Kiln Lane is a pair of cottages that have been combined into a single property, dating from the late 18th century. The exterior features pebbledash render over a light timber frame and a thatched roof. The building has a total of four rooms, arranged over one storey with attics. On the ground floor, there is a single-light window, a two-light window, and two three-light casements, all of which are leaded. The attic contains two eyebrow dormers, each with round-headed three-light leaded casements. Originally, there were two doorways that have since been blocked; these have been replaced by a central 20th-century gabled porch with a pantiled roof. Additionally, there is a red brick double ridge stack.
