Description

This garden building, located approximately 35 metres northeast of Newbury Manor, dates from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a pyramidal tile roof, forming a small square structure. The southwest elevation has a door, while the southeast and northeast elevations are adorned with 2-light casement windows that have diamond-shaped leaded glass. Inside, the building retains a panelled wood dado and a tiled floor. It overlooks the moat and is paired with another garden building to the west.
