The buildings are timber framed, featuring red brick infill on the southern building and colourwashed roughcast render on the northern side. They have clay tile roofs and a five-room plan across two storeys.
Nos. 3 and 5 each have two 2-light casement windows on both floors, with no. 3 featuring diamond leading and no. 5 having glazing bars. The southern building has four single-light windows on the ground floor and one on the first floor, all with diamond leading. Additionally, Nos. 3 and 5 have brick double ridge stacks and 20th-century glazed doors.
