Description

Old Sandon's House is a building from the 17th and 18th centuries with later additions. The front block has two storeys and attics, constructed of brick featuring some vitrified headers. The left gable end displays some timber framing. There are four sash windows on the first floor of the front elevation, along with two modern gabled dormers in a modern clay tile roof. An external stack is located on the left side, with part of the stack and the wall on that side made of clunch ashlar, which includes a shallow band and a moulded cornice. The rear wing has been largely rebuilt.
