Description

The Court is a building that dates from the 17th century and was altered in the early 19th century. It features a timber frame with one storey and an attic, although the front has been modified to include a second storey. The roof is covered with red tiles and has a shafted stack. The front is partly brick, with the east gable displaying panel-wide recesses, brick moulded eaves, and a first-floor band that contains recessed crosses linked to pilasters, along with a stepped plinth. The west side of the front has brick dentil eaves, a first-floor band, and a plinth. The windows are casements. There is a modern gabled porch on the east side, and above it is a gabled dormer set in a catslide roof. The west elevation has been recently updated.
