A 17th-century building, which has been modernised, stands at 2 and 4, Church Lane, Eaton Bray. The building is timber-framed with plaster infill that has been colour-washed. It is two storeys high and has a modern tile roof. Modern casement windows are visible, along with a porch. The left-hand section of the building has been rebuilt using mock timber framing.
