Description

17 Church Street is a building originally dating from the 17th to 18th century that has been extensively restored. It is two storeys high with new timbering applied between new plaster. The roof is tiled, and there are three sash windows. The door, from the 18th century, features a glazed panel and a flat wooden hood supported by shaped brackets. There is also a carriage archway. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 39 (odd) and the Court House, along with No 127 Dunstable Street.
