It features timber framed construction with colourwashed roughcast render on the exterior and a thatched roof. The building has a four-room layout, consisting of one storey and attics. On the ground floor, there are two 2-light casement windows with leaded lights, while the attic includes two eyebrow dormers, each with 2-light leaded casements. The cottage has two plank doors, and the ground floor openings are framed with plain surrounds and shallow pediments.
