Description
Warden Lodge is a lodge cottage that belongs to Southill Park, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of yellow brick with red brick dressings and features a fishscale tile roof adorned with decorative ridge cresting. The building has a two-room plan and is one storey high with attics. On the east elevation, there are two 2-light cast iron lattice casements set beneath cambered heads. The central gabled porch has a four-centred arched entrance, and the building is accented with brick rusticated quoins. It also has integral gable end stacks topped with paired Tudor pots and pierced decorative bargeboards with finials.
