Description
Upton End Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century, with a 19th-century extension. The building features colourwashed roughcast over a timber-framed structure, with some timbering visible on the north gable. There is a 19th-century block of colourwashed brick to the south and clay tile roofs. The original building is L-shaped, while the 19th-century addition creates a T-shape.
On the road elevation, which includes the later block, there are three 3-light casement windows on the ground floor, along with one single-light, one 3-light, and two 2-light casements on the first floor, all of which are 20th-century with glazing bars. A glazed door is located under a gabled open porch at the junction of the main block and the gable. There is also a single-storey block on the left-hand gable end, which features another 20th-century casement window. Red brick ridge stacks are present, one on each block.
