Description

This icehouse, built in the 19th century, is located approximately 190 metres southwest of Old Warden Park. It is constructed of red brick and is set into a circular earth mound. The entrance, which is brick-coped, is situated to the southeast. Inside, the structure features vaulted tunnels that slope down to a brick-lined circular room. This room has a shallow-domed ceiling and includes tiers of wooden shelving.
