Description
Bunyan's Mead is a pair of cottages dating from the 16th century, which were renovated in 1976-77. They feature a close-studded timber frame with colourwashed plaster infill on the front and brick infill on the gable ends. The cottages have a clay tile roof and a four-bay plan, standing two storeys high. On the ground floor, there is one two-light and two three-light casement windows, while the first floor has one two-light casement flanked by two three-light casements, all of which have leaded lights. There is a 20th-century door and surround, and a rebuilt brick multiple ridge stack. Additionally, there are 20th-century additions at the rear.
