Description
Hill Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. It features colour washed rough cast over a timber frame, with colour washed brick additions to the south and rear. The roof is a hipped clay tile roof from the 20th century. The building has an L-plan and is two storeys high.
On the east elevation, there is one two-light horizontal sash window with glazing bars on the ground floor, while the rest of the windows are a mix of casement styles. A 20th-century door with sidelights is located under a 20th-century open porch that has a hipped tiled roof. The south elevation showcases 19th-century window designs, including two three-light casements on the ground floor and two three-light and one central two-light casement on the first floor, all set under cambered heads. There is a central doorway with a cut bracketed hood. Additionally, there is a one-storey and attic addition to the north.
