Description
Rock Rectory is a building that was originally constructed as a rectory and is now used as a house. It dates from the mid-18th century, with some alterations made in the 19th century and late 20th century. The structure is made of brick and features a hipped tile roof.
The garden front, which faces south, is two storeys high and includes a dentilled brick cornice. It has five windows, which are plate glass boxed sashes set beneath rubbed brick heads. On the ground floor, there is a 19th-century verandah with a swept roof made of lead, which covers five large glazing bar sashes. The entrance to the building is located on the left-hand side of the front.
