Description

The Pound is a former village pound, likely dating from the early 19th century. It is cut into bedrock and has a square plan with walls approximately 2 meters high. The rear features three deep recesses. The entrance, located on the road front, has a plated iron door that includes two pierced openings with a two-centred head.
