Description

Lucas Buildings, originally a coach house, is now divided into two houses. It was built in the mid-18th century and has undergone some alterations in the late 20th century. The structure is made of brick with stone dressings and features a hipped tile roof. It is a single-storey building with a slightly advanced central section that has a pediment and a circular window in the attic. There is a moulded stone cornice along the top. The central passage through the building has a semi-circular head and is flanked by two 3-light windows. On either side of the central break, there are two semi-circular headed openings; the outer ones are windows, while the inner ones provide entrances to the houses.
