Description

UPPER ARLEY CP POUND GREEN SO 77 NE 5/129 House about 10 metres north of Woodeaves - II House. C17 with some mid-C19 and late C20 alterations. Timber-frame with painted brick infill and tile roof. T-plan, cross-wing aligned north-east/ south-west, other range to south-east. North-west front: one storey with attic lit by a casement in a gabled (framed) dormer. Ground floor with French casement to left; roughly central entrance has a lean-to tiled canopy and half-glazed door. Chimney stack immediately to right of entrance. Framing: four square panels high with straight tension braces. Woodeaves is not included in this list.
