Description
The northern part of Number 12 is a house that has been converted into a shop and flat. It dates from the late 18th century and has undergone some alterations in the mid and late 20th century. The building is constructed of brick and features a tile roof with a central stack. It stands three storeys high and has a dentilled brick cornice.
The front has two windows on the upper floors: the first floor has 16-pane 20th-century sash windows set under segmental heads, while the second floor has 12-pane 20th-century sash windows. On the ground floor, there are two multi-pane shop windows beneath 20th-century concrete lintels, with a signboard positioned above. The entrance is located at the left-hand corner and features a flat canopy, a wooden doorcase, and a 20th-century glazed door.
