Description

28 Church Street is a mid-18th century building that stands three storeys tall, constructed of red brick with a tiled roof. It features plain eaves and an old rainwater head. The façade includes five windows with brick voussoirs, hung sashes, and glazing bars. There is a moulded string course between the ground and first floors. The entrance is marked by a moulded stone doorcase set within a narrow rusticated architrave, topped with a moulded pediment supported by consoles, and accessed by five steps. The building has modern basement openings and a rendered plinth. To the left, there is a round-headed yard entry with a keystone.
