Description

28 Birmingham Road is an 18th-century building featuring a red brick façade with painted stone dressings. It stands three stories tall and has five windows, which are fitted with sashes in wide cased frames that include plain keyblocks. The central entrance is highlighted by a pediment and is framed by rusticated stone with Doric pilasters, leading to a six-panel door. The building also has rusticated quoins and a plinth with a plain string course. A simple moulded cornice runs along the top, and the parapet is designed with curved ramps. The roof is tiled.
