Description
No. 30 Church Street is a mid-18th century building that stands three storeys tall and is constructed of brick. It features a dentil wood eaves cornice and an old rain-water head. The façade has four windows, each with stepped lintels and enriched keyblocks, although the patterns of these differ between the first and ground floors. The top floor windows do not have lintels. The entrance is marked by a timber doorcase supported by Roman Ionic fluted columns and topped with a dentilled open pediment, along with an ornamental segmental fanlight and panelled reveals. There are railings at the basement level. To the right, there is a round-headed yard entry with a rusticated head, which also includes an ornamental fanlight and a panelled door.
