Description

House at 53 Wyre Hill, built in the mid-18th century, has some alterations from the late 20th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a tile roof with rear stacks. The house is two storeys high and has a stepped brick cornice. On the upper floor, there is one window, which is a 2-light casement from the 20th century. On the ground floor, to the left, there is another 2-light casement from the 20th century, and to the right, there is an entrance with a half-glazed door. The right-hand gable displays an exposed timber truss with three struts supporting the collar. This building is included for its group value.
