Description
Woodfield Cedars is a farmhouse, now a house, dating from the early 18th century and altered in the mid-19th century. It features painted brick construction and a plain tile roof with brick end stacks. The building has two storeys, an attic, and a cellar, with three-course bands between the storeys and a dentilled eaves cornice. There are three bays, all with windows that have cambered heads. The ground floor has large glazing bar sash windows, while the first floor's outer bays have 20-pane sashes, and the central window has a 16-pane sash above which is a lunette with three glazing bars. The central entrance is framed by a porch with Doric columns that support an entablature and open pediment, leading to a half-glazed door with a plain segmental fanlight. The interior has not been inspected. There is a two-storey extension at the rear from the 19th century.
