Description

The railings and gate located approximately 100 metres to the rear of Number 17, Perrot House, date from the mid to late 18th century. They are made of wrought iron and are set on a stone plinth. At each end of the railings, there are turrets topped with finials. The railing panels feature a design with alternating arrow-headed and spear-headed finials on the bars, along with decorative end panels that are also surmounted by scrolled finials. The central gate consists of two leaves, which include spear-headed dog-bars and is adorned with scroll and leaf work.
