Description

1-3 Waterside is an early 19th-century building, with a probable earlier core. It is constructed with roughcast rendering. Number 1 is of three storeys, while numbers 2 and 3 are of two storeys plus an attic. The building has eight sash windows set in flush frames. The upper windows of number 1 have horizontal sliding sashes. The building features dog-tooth and plain eaves and is roofed with tiles and slates. Later doors have been installed, along with three 19th-century shop fronts, which now have modern glazing. Numbers 1 to 10 Waterside form a group of buildings.
