12 Port Street is an 18th-century building with later alterations. The exterior is faced with engraved stucco. It is three storeys high and has three windows; the ground-floor windows are modern casements, while the upper-floor windows are not described. The building features a plain doorway with a six-panelled door and a later weather hood. A parapet tops the facade.
