Description

This is a house dating from the 16th century, with extensions added in the mid-19th century and mid-20th century. It has a timber frame with rendered infill on a painted rubble ground floor and a machine tile roof. The building consists of two framed bays aligned east to west, with the gable end facing the street and a stack at the rear. There is a 20th-century extension to the north. The house is two storeys high, with the upper floor jettied. It features a three-light 20th-century casement window above a two-light casement window. The entrance is located in the 20th-century extension to the left. The framing is close-studded, with a cambered tie-beam and collar, and curved brackets supporting the jetty.
