Description

Weathervane Cottage is a 17th-century house located on Vicarage Lane in Childswickham. It features a combination of timber-framing and stone construction topped with a thatched roof. The cottage is one storey high with an attic. The south wall, which faces the road, is framed in three rows of square panels set on a stone base. On the ground floor, there are three casement windows. The left-hand gable wall is made of stone and has a stone chimney cap. The rear wall shows exposed framing in two rows of square panels and includes four windows on the ground floor.
