Description

Collin House Hotel is an early to mid-18th century hotel situated off Collin Lane in Broadway. The building is constructed of squared limestone with a stone slate roof. It is two storeys high with an attic, and has three bays. The windows are three-light designs, featuring projecting sills and flat-faced mullions with a slight hollow chamfer. There are three attic dormers. A gabled porch, located in the middle bay, has a chamfered doorway with a Tudor arch, which is likely from the 19th century. The inner doorway has plain reveals. The gables are coped with chimneys. The interior was not fully accessible during a survey in December 1986, but the staircase is of a late 19th-century style.
