Description
The cider house, located about 15 metres south of The Manor House, dates from the 17th century and has some alterations from the mid-19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and rendered infill, standing on a lias plinth, and features a thatched roof. The building consists of three framed bays that are aligned in a north-east to south-west direction. There is a full-height central entrance, with a fixed casement window to the right. The framing includes two square panels in height with straight angle braces. The gable-end truss has three struts supporting the collar and V struts at the apex. The interior is reported to contain a cider press and mill.
