The gate piers and front wall to Shell Manor are likely from the 17th century but were rebuilt in the mid-19th century. They are constructed of brick with sandstone dressings. The wall stretches approximately 30 yards in length and stands about four feet high, featuring two square piers with ball finials at the center. This structure is included for its group value.
