Description

A terrace of five cottages located on Priest Lane, Pershore, built in the mid-19th century with alterations made in the 20th century. The cottages are constructed of red and yellow brick in a Flemish bond pattern. They have a Welsh slate roof with a shallow pitch, brick dogtooth eaves, and three brick stacks projecting from the ridge. The exterior features a five-window range, with each cottage having one window. The first floor windows are 8/8 sashes with painted lintels, while the ground floor windows are also 8/8 sashes with segmental brick arches and painted sills. Each cottage has a 20th-century part-glazed door set within a segmental brick arch. The cottages are arranged in reflected pairs, with windows on the inner sides of the doors, and the entrance to number 1 is located on the left return. The right return features a two-paned bow-window with a leaded hood. The interior of the cottages was not inspected.
