Description

Dalkeith is a house built in the late 18th century, with some alterations made in the mid-20th century. It is constructed of brick and features a tile roof with a gable-end stack. The building stands three storeys high and has a tall stone-coped parapet. There are three windows on the front, which are boxed glazing bar sashes. The second floor has 6-pane boxed sashes. The central entrance is highlighted by a pilastered wooden doorcase that includes an open pediment and a fanlight.
