Description
Bennett's Farmhouse, dating from the 16th century, features later additions and alterations, including a refronting around 1800. The facade is constructed of reddish-orange brick with some timber framing, topped by a hipped plain tile roof. There is a brick stack at the rear, along with two external stacks on the east side and one on the west. The timber-framed ranges to the east include brick infill and some brick facades, with both slate and plain tile roofs. The main range consists of three storeys and has four first-floor windows, complemented by a single-story range to the east. The main range primarily features casement windows.
