Description

Conifer Cottage is a 17th-century house that features a timber-framed structure with painted brick and a shingle roof, which has a central ridge stack that has been rebuilt. The cottage has one storey and an attic, with two gabled dormers on each side. There is a modern porch with a window on either side, and a rear outshut. An addition has been made to the east end of the building. The interior includes a two-room plan with heavy internal timbers and tension braces.
