Description
The Old Rectory is a house that likely dates from the late 18th century, with some earlier 18th-century features. It is constructed of stone rubble, with some irregular brickwork around the openings, and has a hipped tile roof. The building has a symmetrical design, consisting of two storeys with an attic and three bays. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have architraves. The central bay features a doorway with a round head, a fanlight, and panelled reveals. The doorcase is adorned with paterae and acanthus leaves above fluted pilasters, topped with an open pediment. There are two attic dormers, and chimneys are located on the left and behind the ridge towards the right. At the rear, there are two parallel wings, each with hipped roofs.
