Description
Hollybeds Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that has undergone later alterations. It features a timber-framed structure that is mostly recased in brick and roughcast. The building has an H plan layout and is topped with plain tile roofs. The gables are at the ends, with a brick stack on the west end of the south wing and another stack located at the angle between the south wing and the east front of the central range. The east side of the central range is roughcast and has two storeys with casement windows, while the flanking wings are 19th-century and cement rendered. The south side wall is also roughcast. The wings and the set-back centre of the west side are made of red brick and some timber framing, featuring square framing. There is a lower gabled extension at the west end of the north wing.
