Description
Catterhall Farmhouse is a farmhouse that likely dates from the 17th century, with alterations and additions made in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is timber-framed with wattle-and-daub and brick infill, featuring a brick facade on the front elevation and a brick extension to the left. It has a tiled roof and consists of three structural bays, with the main range being two storeys high. The rear wing has two bays and is also two storeys tall. The fenestration is irregular, with the ground floor of the front elevation featuring two 19th-century casements and two 20th-century casements, while the first floor has four 19th-century casements. There is a 20th-century doorcase to the right of the central bay. The farmhouse has a large external brick chimney stack at the rear and another external brick stack on the right gable end. Additionally, there are 19th and 20th-century additions at the rear.
