Description
The stables and granary adjoining Eastham Court Farmhouse to the north-west were built in the mid-19th century. They are constructed of brick and feature plain tiled roofs, arranged in an L-shape. The main section consists of five bays aligned east to west, with a two-bay south return at the east end that is slightly taller. The building has two levels and is adorned with a dentilled eaves cornice.
On the main south elevation, there are five windows and five doors on the ground floor, all with cambered heads, along with three loft doors. The west elevation of the south-east return has two doorways, with steps leading up to a doorway into the upper level; all doors also have cambered heads. The interior has not been inspected. The stables and granary enclose the farmyard located to the west of Eastham Court Farmhouse, with the west side of the farmyard adjacent to the churchyard of the Church of St Peter and St Paul. This building is included for its group value.
